U-Pick Flowers

Each summer, we are thrilled to open our farm to the public for flower picking. While the dates are weather dependent, we will usually host u-pick flower days every weekend in July and August. Whether you are a master gardener or have never cut a flower in your life, we are confident that you will enjoy some fresh air surrounded by thousands of beautiful flowers. Follow us on Facebook for upcoming dates, times, and a list of what is currently in bloom. We look forward to having you!

How It Works

Choose Your Size

We sell flowers by the cup or bucket, and you can fill them as much or as little as you would like. Cups also conveniently fit in your vehicle cupholders so you don’t have to worry about spills on the way home. Start in the Grow & Gather shed to choose your size!

32 ounce cup - $15

2.5 gallon bucket - $35

Kids cup (12 & younger) - $5

Cash, Venmo & Local Checks Accepted

Build Your Bouquet

After you choose your size, we will provide you with everything you need to build your bouquet from clippers to carriers and even wagons for buckets and kiddos.

Head out to the flower garden, peruse the wildflowers, or hang out with the chickens for a bit. Whatever you choose, we encourage you to slow down, enjoy some fresh air, and take in the beauty around you.

Take Home & Enjoy

We will send you home with flower food and some directions for preserving your flowers for as long as possible. We even have a wall of vases available to if you would like to trim and arrange your flowers before you head home.

Types Of Flowers We Grow

Each year, we start thousands of seeds in our greenhouse to provide as many blooms and as much variety as possible. We also have an acre of native wildflowers and grasses and a variety of perennial flowers available for cutting. Part of the fun of visiting the farm is week to week and year to year, the garden will look different depending on what we’re growing and what is blooming. If you are looking for something specific, feel free to reach out, but this year we are growing the following:

  • Dahlias

  • Zinnias

  • Celosia

  • Cress

  • Strawflower

  • Bupleurum

  • Cosmos

  • Gomphrena

  • Asters

  • Rudbeckia

  • Lisianthus

  • Snapdragons

  • Marigold

  • Feverfew

  • Sunflowers

  • And more!

Frequently Asked Questions

What are your hours?

Because we are a working family farm and this is our home, we are not open all the time. We will usually be open on weekends throughout the summer, but please check Facebook for our u-pick dates and times.

Do I need to bring any supplies?

No, we will provide you with everything you need. This helps with safety and to ensure everything being used is properly sanitized. You also get to take home your cup, bucket, or vase full of flowers, so no need to bring an additional bucket with you.

Can I bring a stroller or wagon?

Absolutely! The rows are well-manicured grass and wide enough to accommodate strollers and wagons of all sizes. We also have a few wagons available to use.

Can I bring my pet?

For the safety and comfort of all guests, please leave your furry friends at home.

What should I wear?

Whatever is most comfortable to be outside. Grass may be moist in the mornings from humidity so keep that in mind when choosing footwear. Our flower garden is not shaded, so you may want to pack a hat or sunscreen during the hot summer months.

Can I take pictures?

Feel free to snap a selfie or take a quick pic of anything you see along the way. If you are a photographer and would like to schedule a private session, learn more here.
